The dispatch team processes orders from Monday to Friday after 15:00. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on the following Monday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking and Delivery Handling
All dispatched orders include tracking details sent by email. Delivery instructions entered at checkout are not passed to courier drivers.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
